Meet Kirin!

“As a freshman in 2018, I was oblivious to the pressing issue of college homelessness. I learned about Trojan Shelter at the involvement fair and quickly realized the importance of addressing this issue and helping our fellow students find stable housing. As a Co-President, it is my responsibility to ensure that Trojan Shelter can continue to operate far into the future while also inspiring other universities to join the movement to end college homelessness.” 

As Co-President, Kirin leads executive board meetings and recruits executive board members. The Co-Presidents coordinate with parent organization Students 4 Students and various advisors while ensuring that all aspects of Trojan Shelter are running smoothly. Additionally, Co-Presidents work to assist executive board members with their individual responsibilities and enhance volunteer satisfaction.
